So I asked for 100 of my health sigils (bought from plat, not chests) to be transferred to energy. I got an answer saying that support wouldn't be able to do that but also that I could ask for a refund since I bought them with plat.
I sent a ticket to get 100 hp sigils refunded like one week ago but still no answer. Could this be looked into? Thanks

By the way if you see this before the ticket I sent, I would like to get ALL sigils of health that I bought from plat refunded, not only 100. (I must have bought like 150 with plat)

They tend to do nothing for a while. When in reality they just have to do their job and got thru the 20 requests they get. But instead they sit on their lazy asses and say "We're backed up, we are working on other issues." Why is nobody else getting help if you are helping others..

Tbh as I've said, I'd love to be a support operator. I'd get paid for doing nothing xD.
