Starting from update 2, I've spent some plat on health sigils. By update 3, I have accumulated a small amount of health sigils. During update 3, on the first double plat sale, I spent $105.00 (including tax) on 8000 plat which I spent on sigil packs (10 for 80 plat). On the second double plat sale, I did the same thing; $105.00 on sigil packs.

16000/80 leaves me with 200 packs of 10 sigils. 200x10 means I have 2000 health sigils plus the amount of sigils before update 3, correct??

Well, I sent a support ticket not too long ago asking for a sigil count. To my surprise, I have 41 energy sigils and less than 2000 health sigils! My health sigil count is somewhere in the 1900's! What's going on? I sent another ticket explaining this but got to response.

Can I get an explanation please? I paid real money for this and sigils arn't cheap.

It's been a while now and still no response. Can Admin please look into this? I have spent real money and have not gotten what I paid for.

Personally I think if a long term mistake has been made and the fact that it is bought with cash, you deserve a bit of compensation for this, granted errors are made in any business, but an apology of some sort (even through a PM and not on forum) is needed.
Personally, an extra 500 sigils seems fair to me, maybe some plat back, but that is for you to negotiate.

I would not be happy to just receive only what was paid for this long after the purchases.
