So iv seen a couple post on people getting scammed and whatever. Id just say dont trust anyone, Dont lend out items casue you could get em stolen and you gave them that item and if you dont have proof then its theres, but if you read the thread thing that is by the site admin on how to not get scammed you should be fine.

+1 totally agree if you don't trust anyone it is dam near impossible to get scammed. As long as you pay attention in trade cant see how you can get scammed. I no its not great saying dont trust anyone as many people have friends in game that they've known for years but if you follow that simple rule you will not get scammed.

i agree and my tips on never getting scammed are

dont trust low level dicers
and if their is someone saying theyll buy something you have but will pay on their main account tell them to go to their main player and buy with all the money then send to their alt
use the mail system
never lend out ur items

with these tips you should never get scammed

this is exactly what i would say

but for me sometimes i like to lend out or trust people with a small amount of money (maybe like 500g)
its a small price to pay if you can find out someone is a scammer
i only do this with lvl 80+ people though because for people under 80 they can just easily start another account

i want my blacklist to be filled with everyone in danu that is a scammer
so far only a few people on it though which is actually a good thing

ive been scammed massively ammount of times but i do it on purpose to see if someone is a scammer i wold give em like 5k max

but i have a huge list of people who ive been scammed by.

only a small price to pay instead of loosing hundreads of thousands of gold

I think most people can agree i have been scammed the most just a list of stuff and names
First scam by conman(so gullible right?) we were friends for about 4 months leveling, bossing, making a clan. Then we were talking and i asked for a transfer :/ the items were: hero gloves, boots, lesser es set, 400k that really hurt my bank and after that he quit the game... WHATS THE *** POINT?!
Then my huge mistake: about 6 months later i was making alts and what not so i made a warrior and got him to about 60 being in the same clan the whole time. I made a friendship with the cheiftain and trusted him. So during a transfer i lost alot again :/ 700k, white carpet, white Yule stuff, 200k broom

thats why you dont trust anyone with anything....unless its something small and youre just tryin to assemble your own blacklist :3

what do you guys do for people on your blacklist?
i wanna have a whole list of meanie things i can do to people hehehe
so far all i have is:

1. never trust them with anything (obviously)
2. ks on sight
3. kill in arena on sight <--can do this to pretty much anyone lvl 115 and below
4. never allow in group for boss fights
5. laugh at them and act like a jerk when you succeed at options 1-4

anything else i can do? lol

Do not proceed action 2, 3, 4, 5 they would just make you a jerk urself, action 1 is more than enough.

Look for my post on that page (3rd one on page) for tips to avoid getting scammed.

Every punk kid that cant get what he wants by playing fairly or with any honor will try and scam people for items that they couldnt earn on there own.

Soon after they fail at scamming they will delete the app and play another game and try again on getting items with out earning them.

You punk kids who just dont get it should be ban on the spot, I wish there was a way where we could see you all that make such effort and then be removed. We cant hold OTM to every scamming problem out there, it would be a full time job with over time just to try and get everyone a fair shot at there problems.

The best you can do is look at the player your trading or chatting with, see there level, the way there name is, who they are trying to claim to be, use better judgment on what you loan out, and how much info you give out.

Its sad to say but dont trust any one asking for your account info.
Kids will be kids even if its being a punk scammer, just dont try to use OTM forums to post your stories about how or who scammed you, they can not support possible drama events that will lead to flaming word wars or accusations of possible misunderstanding.
