Getting tired of this.

So I asked for 100 of my health sigils (bought from plat, not chests) to be transferred to energy. I got an answer saying that support wouldn't be able to do that but also that I could ask for a refund since I bought them with plat.
I sent a ticket to get 100 hp sigils refunded MORE THAN A WEEK AGO but still no answer. Could this be looked into? Thanks

By the way if you see this before the ticket I sent, I would like to get ALL sigils of health that I bought from plat refunded, not only 100. (I must have bought like 150 with plat)

I looked into this for you, and a message was sent to you from the Support Team saying that they can no longer offer refunds on Sigils.

No it did not help me.

First I don't get messages from Support 80% of the time, I don't even know why. Would be cool to send them by mailbox instead..


And there I attached a picture. As you can see I'm wearing Sunlit which means sigils were brought back already.
Read the message carefully.

The Support Team will send a message to the character you used to submit a ticket - any messages will appear as a pop-up when you log in with that character. We are looking at ways of improving the in-game support system so that any messages you received can be stored, so that if you accidentally dismiss the pop-up message you can still see what the Support Team said.

The refund process only applies to items that have been bought from in-game vendors, that is from the various NPC vendors.

It does not apply to items that been purchased from the Item Shop.

I understand now, but your answers are so confusing sometimes... The one who wrote the message on the screenshot doesn't even seem to know that he was writing about sigils omg
