I need help with putting up my Avatar and sig. In other forums I've been to, i didn't have to manually revise pics. so this is beyond me.

Go to user control panel on the top left corner area of the site, go to profile, and edit signature/edit avatar

Oh I'm sorry , you can open the picture you need to resize with microsoft office picture manager.

Click edit picture, click resize, resize it, press ok, and save it, tada.
