Well from my stand point i have yet to see anyone lvl 130+ ks or get ksed and cry about it. They have target lock now if you don't get lock it means you don't deserve the kill and or need to fix your group.

You should see Taranis.... Anyone selling plat goes bankrupt in less than a minute, anyone not selling plat gets asked every minute, and every minute a noob trades you and gives you a random item for free.
