Its a very sweet idea, sometimes you start a new game and you have no idea what to do and how it works. And seeing more advanced characters in cool armour is very inspiring.

This would be great! Everyone has junk they dont need and so this would be a new improvement in everyones heart. When i give gold like 2-3k to people i know its a small amount but when they are level 1 and first time playing it means alot to them.
If everyone can do this then celtic heroes community will increase. With an increase in population, think about it, the CH staff would have to design new zones and faster updates because of the booming increase of population.
Everyone who is reading this topic, take action now so the population on celtic heroes players increase.

This would hugely encourage begging and would be very annoying, if we offer them free stuff they will expect it more often and continuously ask for it. Everybody knows how annoying it is now days to sit in the castle and get traded constantly from people asking for money.

Be nice to them but don't give them free stuff that early in the game. Not being mean or anything just saying xD

Well I'm doing something similar, not exactly a welcoming party, more like a tutorial.

Whenever I'm bored I would go to the beach and find some new players to say "wlc to CH! XD, tap the speech bubble to start chatting!"
(I teach them how to chat first so they could ask ppl for advice if I'm not there, or simply spam...oops ignore that lol)

I would keep em' in my group for a while in case they have questions (they should know group chat by then via me :p) while I farm in catacombs for some newbie gears.

BTW I would specifically mention to them that they should never ever ever ever beg for stuff, in another way, don't be an idiot and everyone would luv u

Depends on availability I would giv out some free armor and weaps that are good for beginners, so if I happened to get a hammered redclaw bp from a 6* boss in catacombs, instead of selling it to shop for like 70 gold I would give it to a newbie (graduation present? ).

Well, that's something like a welcoming party, or I simply tap dance on the beach and say "wlc to CH! XD" whenever a new guy pops up.

Back in version one when catacomb loot was some of the best the game had to offer, I would take all my extra drops to the beach to hand them out. It was very time consuming and I eventually grew tired of trading everyone.

I'm new here and to the game about 2 days new anyways I think this is a good idea I helped a lvl 3 lol
