Lure is more effective and you only have to put half the skill cap points in it for its maximum potential. Attunement is good for maximising dps.

i can meet u the one who has tested maxed fire lure, prob the strongest mage as well not to mention pre update getting kills from him was impossible
actually he has tested fire lure on each lvl from 1 to 50 (or maybe 40)

Max fire attune it's a badass skill.

For lure half max for lvling and more pts in for pvp and bossing depending on situation

Works super well. Damages are 400-600 on mobs 5+ levels above me, and energy is holding out. Anything i need to change??

depends on lvl, my mage is 71 and can solo crystalmist with very few amount of pots, and do over 800 dmg on 10+ higher lvls mobs

Only 60 atm

im running the same skill set on my mage
firebolt/att/storm r maxed then lure and boost split i want esheild fixed .-.

I have found that for leveling or killing regular mobs, maxing attunement is better. For bosses, having a higher lure is better. Of course, if you could max both, that would be best option but use rings to favour lure.

I have my attune and lure at maxed, its sick.. I can take 3 star golems in 2-3 hits. best so far but im still experimenting different skill set. i have used 10 alt books now. lol
