Axe vs dagger

#1
In your opinion which is better, the arcane axe of triumph or the dagger of slaying? The axe adds damage but it doesn't give the hp and energy regen the dagger does!
Which is better in your opinion and why?

IMO dagger better. At 200 str it does 80 damage less than axe surprisingly, and regens really does make up fr it. Also, in the new update with the new skills, rogues do plenty of damage using skills not autos. So I'd clearly go for dagger

actually i prefer having the haste dagger + energy brace, but thats just my opinion

i dont like the axe for rogues, just highering the melee and not by a lot more than daggers, between those two go with dagger of slaying

You do realise, qs, sneaky and riposte (commonly used skills) are all strength based. The axe adds 150 strength which increases skill damage. I use shadowstrike along with the listed skills, so i can put more points in dex making my overall dps insane.

u do realise that sneaky is a crappy skill, that str has a limit before getting nerfed and even below that limit both qs and ripsote are very strong>?

You have misread what I have said, the axe adds strength which increases skill damage without my putting points into it, therefore spending these 'spare' points into dex. I'm not even going to attempt to reply to you other statements...

If any of u saying axe were lvl 150+, you would defineatly want dagger. The regen amount required to soam skills is crazy. My shadowstrike cost 90, my qs 60, lifesteal 120, reflexes 117. Even with regen dagger, i run out of energy after 30 seconds in a bossfights, or farming. I just hit 150, and skills do SOOO much more damage, but require much energy. This is why i advise the regen dagger
