Ya... Actually I have better stuff than that junk in my bank!

Without the skull the cooldown and timer end at the same time, so it is impossible to get a second cast without getting hit. With this skull i can re-cast before the timer is done, so unless it is avoided I can keep the boss, mob in vines forever.

First, last time I looked this was a druid forum...
So take a big swing out of here...

Second, this is a main hand weapon, which allows me to keep my dl bonus.

Third, what is great about this is I don't always need or use root, but I have to keep points in it just incase. This gives me 12 points to skill up somewhere else and then with a quick weapon change I can root up to 190. I will still be using my Aggy book if root is not needed.

I use roots only when bossing, and even then only when needed. I would much rather hit harder, heal higher, and evade less than be able to halt the movement of a bigger boss, considering I do not think I have ever attempted a boss with no melee classes.

When group leveling, roots is just about pointless. I guess it might be useful if you are grouped with 2-3 mages, but I can not imagine the last time that happened.

When solo leveling I can see the use of roots, but I would much rather tank the mobs one-at-a-time than root and cast.

If Bolas is available then this is far superior since close range dps can swing without testing hit.
Also straight tank bosses like Aggy, no need there.

Awesome drop , sadly our Druids on Morrigan have not gotten a decent hungry drop yet but I'm sipure they will come.

I disagree with your boss roots theory. root on some for backup, root on others is much better than bolas. your mele should be concentrating on adds while the ranged down the boss.

as for grouping, every group I root because I always have agro, and I am running to next mob while in CD in order to DoT the next mob in line. groups I run kill faster than any similar stacked group I guarantee it., but that is probably why every time I log I get five whispers to level.

Your groups level faster than anyone else's groups ? That's a statement you can't back up at all . I'm sure many of us think the same way , I don't think you should be making guarantees on that one lol.
