Hello again,
I may be dumb but could someone summarize for me what is the outcome of this topic? I cannot make heads or tails out of it.
The outcome seems to me like that the conclusion is that we are not able to agree on any solution satisfactory to the majority. Or am I wrong?
Also I have read other topics on the same matter (e.g. by Thoro) but I am still very confused because I read similar ideas over and over and they are over and over dismissed.
It all looks to me like:
1) You basically want to stick to the old system. Who is at the fight and is the same class as drop rolls for the drop no matter if he or she needs. Of course you can pass on a roll and give up the drop but only silly old men like me do that. :-)
2) Most are not willing to support others and are afraid that no one will support them after. So the best way to equip high levels is to be friends with them and support them by giving them drops out of free will and hoping they will repay back in time (or at least buy you a virtual beer, wine, or soft drink if you are underaged :-)).
3) Seems like the majority agrees that DL drops should not be sold and they should be only traded or given away. However if someone is willing to pay for them it is not forbidden to buy or sell them and no one will do ugly faces on the buyer or the seller (unless it is your mischievous under-leveled clan mate who got the drop you needed only by your goodwill and just sold it to your mortal enemy :-)).
If 1) and 2) and 3) is true, could we please
a) stop talking about it and
b) stop the drama about who gets what
so we could finally enjoy the game? :-)
