Ok, votes are over the place. Lets do a final vote.

Option 1: a grand list is made, all drops go to people on this list. Note, if this is chosen, we have to still work out lots of details including how the list is generated.

Option 2: you dice your color. If full dl, you only dice to repay

Option 3: you dice your color regardless (presumably, extras go someone you support)

We did all agree on the accord, so that is good.

Voting for 2 or 3 implies all the other dicing rules we have already worked out.
