have talked to a few mates and personaly prefer to not just stand there and auto atack who wants to do that all day lol booooring now just a suggestion on skills I'm planing on these 5 skills

I do that and its not boring at all. As it is, rangers are not needed for their dps anymore but they have only become bolas pets. See a boss, call a ranger for bolas. Ever since update i've not even seen one dl boss fight where there's no ranger and all he/she dooes is bolas continiously. Give str rangers a buff by giving USEFUL skills STRENGTH based.

Let me guess, the ranger is dex build? Im talking about str rangers. I thought 'strength' word in capital would give the idea but i guess not

My dext is around 600.

1.2k defence always benefits me.
Large skill output is awesome.

I use
Sharpshot 44/35 (adds 470 damage)
Longshot 44/35 (adds 250 damage)
Explosive arrow 35/35 (works well when lving with Mage)
Light heal 35/35 heals 760
And bola.

A good balance puts a bad ranger apart from a decent ranger.

My damage is still around 800ish btw.

Im a lvl 174 ranger with 2k damage and 3,4k attack, i use double shot as my only damage spell and it works pretty well. I have alot of dex and i solo easy. I heal 1150. There is alot of combinations, you just have to find a good one. In my opinion, all dex ranger is bad at higher lvls, you need str to have damage. "Hybrid" build is best imo.

Cool thats like 1k damage on mobs, and what next? 200 auto damage? I dont use sharp shot, because it gets bad at high lvl. It also gets resisted alot. Thats why i use double shot, more damage and never misses. Rangers need good auto, trust me, i was all dex ranger till 150. But then it god bad, and i changed build, which made lvling alot faster.

First of all, 1.8k damage on normal hits on boggan mobs.
Second, my auto does 350-450 damage and will increase once I get anc bone bow.
Don't start thinking 'all' of my points are based in dext

To each his own I suppose but there is no way this is a good build IMO .

I frigen love dex but this is overkill , and the skills are just whacky .
