it has nothing to do with anything other than it sparkles, and you can force people to dance. entertainment value is the price difference, and a little fashion.

The question is. Will the lutes return? Maybe if the ancient chests will also return with different content. We don't know.
I wish we are told what items will return and/or will be removed. Rather than waste over 1 mill for a lute and suddenly it reappears.

negatory, being told what will return and what will not return defeats the purpose of not knowing. not knowing helps develop a market for items such as these. my guess is, they will not return (the lutes) in the same form they are now. the idea will return, but in a different form,.. flute, bongo, harp, etc. All with two flavors, one that sparkles and makes you dance. and one that does not. what do you bet the next chests mention another rare mount, a different musical instrument, and more rare fashion. market what people want based on what you have given them in the past is about the most genius strategy ever invented.

I've actually used as a legitimate weapon when healing on my druid. I just use the lute while my leveling partner fights, and i use the rousing melody as a energy regen buff that only works out of combat. So basically i just buff him with sigils

Admin never returns an item like a lute for this exact reason....people that pay tons for one would get upset

Thats why I added a topic in feedback and suggestions a while back where I asked for a notice in patch updates when Items are added if they will return in later events or if its one time only.

I'm pretty sure the mounts and crowns wont return but I would like to know about the other items.

The bear helms can be obtained now. But in future beltanes they could return like the wolf does now. Also the old dragons still spawn but they are really rare.

It's nice to know what will return and what doesn't.

What happens if synak and ythair both spawn. Do they fight it out? O:
