A few days ago i started having problems logging in. on my mains, level 134 and above, i cannot get past 10%. When i create a new toon, i can log t the world, but there are no npc, item op items, or other things that come from the server. Basically, it appears i am not getting responses from the server.


I am connected via a 6mbit download and 1.5mbit upload 4g connection using a clearspot modem on the clear network. i have have spent 2 hours on the phone with Clear level 2 and 3 support, and they see nothing wrong with my connection.

The toon effected is Duny.

I have e rebooted my devices multiple times
I have reinstalled the app multiple times
I have rebooted my Internet modem multiple times
I am running the game on iphone 4s and ipad2 running ios 6.1.
I have no issues with using any other apps on my devices.

Please help me resolve this issue.

have u tried clearing the app from the multi tasking thingy (double click home) it usually works for me

Luthias, i sent 3 messages to support and have not received a response.

It can take some time for the Support Team to respond, as they receive a very large number of requests every single day.
