As far as I know (and the descriptions go) there are NO sparkly garlands... Thank goodness.
A few months ago, a sparkly mask or hat was smthn special, but now, every player is full of sparkly items, WHATS the point of that? Its nothing soecial anymore!

Yes there are sparkly versions of each color, same as the crowns.

^ They're chests that contain lixes, sigils, bank/backpack expansions and ect. All which you can get from the sunburst/beltane chests.
