way to name and shame the buyer. you make him look like a criminal with your word choice. you say he took the money and run and he is naive. you also basically called him a liar too.

To shed some more light on the situation according to gin neek was present at the trade when gin traded camo to this scamming account, and when later asked by azz who he bought it off he would not say. If he did just buy this camo to resell for cash and had no idea it was scammed why wouldn't he say who he bought it off, he has nothing to hide. Or does he???

To be fair, the person in question told me the name of the account that sold him the camo. It was a low level account with a vulgar name that I will not post here because it violates the naming and shaming rule. Also, I suspect that account is long gone.

You guys played judge and jury from the beginning and won't be satisfied with anything less than making him pay.

And what are the consequences if you actually do get him to pay? Will everyone be in fear of trading because they don't know if what they are buying and selling was once scammed and they might be accused of being in on it and having to pay?

Seriously, yes. A young player made a mistake and didn't recognize the magnitude of the mistake. I don't want to see him compound that mistake by valuing gold more than his reputation. My sincere hope is Heli will be able to come up with a solution so this mistake doesn't ruin the game for this young man.

Neek is Neek. He has a reputation hes earned. I'll tell you all now, he knows it was stolen/scammed and just wanted to sell it. I KNOW this. Think what you want. Shady business all around and I know people who refused to buy because it was obviously not legit. If he didn't 'aquire' it himself then he's guilty by association. Point Blank.

My sincere hope is Heli will be able to come up with a solution so this mistake doesn't ruin the game for this young man.
