Erm conpleted the tutorial,played to game for 2mins, good enough?
Hi there, could you contact nativeX about this issue:

To contact NativeX support, scroll to the bottom of the offer wall and tap "Need help?".

This will generate an e-mail which you can send to NativeX. Do not delete any of the information that is automatically generated, and add your issue to the bottom of this information.

This service is run by nativeX we have no control over it, but they have a help system as above which is there to deal with these issues.

Yes it does thanks :) Basically I want this sorted out asap and I am hoping that the more people sending them support requests the more likely they are to prioritise improving the effectiveness of the offers.

Also they should manually credit you with the platinum if you send in a request.
