Iam 88MOJO88 in rosemerta level 106 and my little brother dropped my astral helmit, greaves, gloves, and boots. He also dropped my silver amulet of energisation and traded my golden blade of fire to nukie and he wont give back. Can u please give me a refund i know u probebly cant get the blade back so can u get the armor and ammy back please this happend on the 28th of augest on wednesday please help... Thank you

You won't get refund on traded items since all trades are final. Accidentally sold items to the shop and dropped items can be refunded.

Like I said in-game before use the support tool which will send your message directly to the support team. This can take up to 1-2 weeks. Don't send multiple messages as this will slow down the process. If you haven't heard from them after 2 weeks try to resend your ticket.
