Are you looking at nativeX offers? From what I saw it was watch a video or install a free app, I didn't see anything about hotel?

^^ yes. As the offer was not visible on my phone but havent received plat from phone nor ipad

You don't have to order a ticket just peruse the app for a couple min. That said there is an issue with native d where nobody is getting plat for installing apps

Hey just to be clear, the offers are working for many people, for example on my phone and many others all the offers work fine and I get plat for each one I complete.

However there are issues with some people's offers getting stuck on 'pending'. If this happens then nativeX should be able to manually complete the offer for you if you press the 'ask for help' button.

Sent ticket to nativex but no reply after one week. This is disappointing.
