Anyone who has anything worth scamming should know the scammer by now. I've been shouting it in lirs for a couple days.

It is great you warn but unfortunately not everyone gets the word and that the scammer possibly makes an new account.

There's also an app we use called Touch for sharing bosses and general chats, I noticed he impersonates some people on their and it's easier to be scammed on their than in game as he steal name + pic and add a bunch which makes him seem legit. Of course not everyone has touch but it's still a possibility that they been scammed through touch

I do think everyone should know that if it's too good to be true than it is.

Funny you should mention he makes new accounts. I've seen him on flawiess for the past 3-4 days. My hope is that eventually others will pass the word around and i won't have to shout it anymore. As for the touch, people should know by now that if someone asks u for ur info right away as the first thing they say its a scammer. Ill still do what I can in game but at some point people will have to start using their own brains and common sense

As it stands right now otm only has things in place to cover their ass. There really isn't anything for the playerbase. To some this seems to be debatable its not it is a fact.

Your right abut the scammer pretending to be Flawless but I also seen an level 117 Druid trying to scam, possibly same guy and we don't know if an dicer is this guy so I think it's risky to dice in an situation like this - probally gonna get hated by every dicer for saying this but idc.

But yes, once word is spread around whole server than should be fine. Just hope he doesn't make new accounts because it's annoying everyone especially those who he is pretending to be.

Really all you have to do is look at the person level right next to their name when trading them, obviously if it says lvl 1 its a scammer

Yeah, that's fastest way to find out the scam, unfortunately some people just don't look or whatever. Also not many looks at other person level because their eyes are focused on the items

I think anyone who trades their account - pretty much up punished themselves for breaking terms of service. Their choice to start over or dont play game at all.

Anyone who lends items - Its true all trades are final but a few thinks scammer is the real guy. High levels are generally looked up to and therefore some may trust em. The level by name is not looked at usually as people focus on trading the stuff. Not everyone knows how to protect themselves from scams.

Oh lawl, should of mentioned it earlier. I agree that has been plenty warnings out, enough to prevent this whole thing but it's happens still :-/

Uh, when my battery dies, I switch to a different device sometimes and I don't always play from home. That doesn't make me a scammer or mean that I am sharing my account.

Changing the font style will do nicely to stop the impersonators, which is one of the bigger problems right now.

It does if you access the internet from florida in the morning and cali by noon or europe later on. And no, area code doesnt matter. I hope i dont have to explain how this works but would be happy to if there is disbelief.
