So I sent them a support because i didnt get my plat, and I got a reply back saying that she had manually added the platinum to my account so i logged in and nothing was added but all my offeres had been set to verified this has also happend to another clan member issue on your side? Fix!

We cannot provide any support with the offers from NativeX as we have no control over them. This includes the rewarding of Platinum.
