Celtic Heroes

Since wands don't seem to do a lot of damage and spells cause energy to run out is there a really strong offhand offensive weapon that can be used when spells are loading or run out of energy?? Can a mage use a bow and arrow?

mages cannot use bows and arrows
they pay for their higher damage spells by havin a clairvoyant auto attack
mages are not supposed to have a high auto attack
you want a high auto attack? get a warrior, ranger, or rogue

there IS a good offhand weapon thats available to all classes though
thats the golden blades/axes

you buy it in the otherworld from the scavenger luxury shop
they cost 250k each

lvl requirement for otherworld is 60 for the quest but if you buy it off another player you can get one at lvl 50 (lvl 50 req)

i have a mage on my world who has like 1.4k dmg :S

well, only few weps got physical dmg, aggy books got like 5-15 crushing dmg, dl wep got like 110 dmg (?)
and theres the option to be h2h (hand to hand), using bare hand and elemental offhand

fire h2h would be the best h2h (altough now h2h builds seems to be less effective), using fire offhand and fire skills
could be firebolt, storm, attune, lure halved, rest in e.boost, but to have effective h2h build, u need good dps gear
fire dmg helm, earthstone (rad recommended), prob heroic gloves

u can use frozen boots/celestial boots for extra dmg, i would suggest obsidian boots tho / adamant boots or something
but h2h will get less and less effective at higher lvls, due the gears, beastbone got some nice skills (+350 to firebolt for example) and wyrmbone got high focus
but if u have earthstone it can be useful for energy saving at higher lvl
