So...to clarify....if u bring a rogue and druid and druid is only of that class to fight....and u win rogue drop...all roll for druid drop. One player should not get two drops. This was original problem, so we should make it clear:)

Now, you are accusing me of akying. But how can a rogue even stay afk on Hrung ? I used countless of idols, even to refill my energy and cast skill. Yes I did died a lot as I don't have yet DL armor protecting my ass, that's why i even used a ravager shield, because better to do less dps but stay alive longer. But you go even further and accused me of not casting any skills : that's really low supercomet-guy, because believe me or not, I was doing my part on my rogue casting as much as i could.

Now guess what : if you thought my rogue was useless compare to you, the ultimate-super-helibomber-rogue, my warrior was very useful in protecting your ass as I did bashed Hrung successfully many times and too make your super heliattacks more efficient, as I casted constantly a 49 shatter... While I while still playing and yes, casting on my rogue.

I really did my part and don't give a damn if you think the opposite. I prooved in the past to this community my honesty and dedication, your point of view is not worth a penny to me. And if you are not happy and angry... too bad because it is too late now : if you wanted to say something about the malicious shadow-the-robot you should have reported me to the DM at that time. Now again too late, so let it go kido.

I think the original problem was me getting a druid drop as the only druid there, and then winning a rogue drop as well.

Let me ask you, what good would it be if you had both chars there and both needed the drops, but instead a ranger got your rogue drop and he ended up giving it to someone who isn't even active at bosses? That's the point where I think one person getting 2 drops would be fine, if there's no eligible classes to dice other than your alt then why would some random class get something they don't need?

Maybe was a bad example.....i just happen to have both those classes as well......i just feel its best to air out the problem beforehand or it gets to be an issue later. I dont usually dual device anymore because i know i cannot play both with 100 percent effiency. Just want to prevent a future problem.

@sabre & @vulture Current rules say clearly that a PLAYER can get only 1 drop per fight, but his alts increase the chance of getting a drop allowing him/her to roll for both main and alts (class/melee/caster restrictions still must be followed for both main and alts). As for the only rogue getting drop and then winning another one, this should not happen anymore unless all participants agree that you can keep both drops.

According to the current rules if you are the only rogue there and a rogue item drops, you have two options:
1) You take the rogue drop and you cannot dice another drops (unless all participants agree that you can).
2) You pass on the rogue drop. This means all others roll for the rogue drop and you can roll for other drops for your alt too.

I will update the rules accordingly to clarify this situation.

though i will have to review toy's summary - the rules regarding alts and multiple drops should be:

1. each player can dice all appropriate alts for drops. but the player can only get one drop
2. in the event there is a drop no one can use, except a player who has won, we have allowed that character to have 2 drops. so if there is only one rogue and two purples drop (that he needs) - then we give them to him since no one else present can use.

again, that is the rule we have been using - but there is nothing to stop us from revisiting it.

Akbar, but that is exactly what the rule says. The player has no extra rights to ask for more then one drop however if all participants agree (which we usually do) he/she can keep more then one drop. I did not try to reinvent the wheel I just tried to describe it and add example situations.

ok, sorry. just making sure of everything. the alt situation can get confused with the multiple drop situation pretty easily and both are emotional issues for some.

i would point out that though we are doing dicing for dl drops like aggy (option 3), the fact that a toon can get multiple drops (though it is very rare) is distinctly NOT like aggy (where an extra class drop would be diced by all).

i say this only to explicitly clear so people can understand the rules and (if needed) discuss them further. sorry if i was redundant.
