I am wanting to know where and when the person that drops pathfinder armour spawns

I want atleast some of that pathfinder and i know its really expensive:)

Any posts would be very helpful

Spawns every 3 months at the river ley

Think I had killed him once was right after a pach found him inbetween kondoler and river ley I think.
