Re: A discussion about religion

Im srry to any Christians out their but Christianity is (at least in my opinion) a load of bs, if god was really their, he would see blacks being killed for no reason and he would put an end to it, chances are you are never going to have any definitive proof that god exists
No offense, but that is like insulting all Christians. Plus why would God even intervene in human society?
Sthu, your beginning to sound dumb, god dousnt intervene with humans, the African/Americans bieng killed is a result of the rotten minds of people who dont accept him

In my opninion, all religions are morally good, it's just the extremisms and terrorisms ruining their reputations.

To religious terrorists, their religions are really just an excuse for them to unleash their rage and anger on innocent ppl. The religion ifself has nothing to do with it.

I'd recommend spiritualism, no hardcore stuff like praying 7 times a day or strict veggie diet, just have to acknowledge the existence of a greater being bringing justice and fairness.
No extremism, no ***, simple religion.

Wasn't going to post seriously on this one, but what the hell might as well.

If put down to one or the uther I'd have to chouse science over religion (thow I don't see how ppls carnt have both)as science imo grows off being proved wrong unlike religion which holds-strong to it's fallacies (most of the time)that and 'god'(referring to the type most ppls are talking about)has always seemed crule and or psychologically.?.disturbed.?.however Jesus from what iv read and herd was wonderful iv yet to find a page where he was mean, thow I don't read the the Bible anymore so I may not know of ones there are.Even If I were to take the side of religion, I still couldn't see how science would be able to prove or disprove 'god' so why such a.?.distrust.?.towards it...being on the side of religion would you not believe that 'science' is simply a human attempt at deciphering 'gods' blueprints on the construction of the universe by trial and error, theory and practice ?being on the side of science now would science not be the examination of existence to concluded a logical and workable understanding of how and why it works in the way that it dose,to better equipt, prepare and further our species for comeing events of our future?I don't see why both sides bicker so much at eachuther,I meen how meny times can you say the same thing, from what I normaly see it gos..'science:religion has illogicalness and offten has the potential for abuse.religion:science is guesswork wich cannot compare to fath and it is able to create tools of destruction.'...
Anyways iv mostly seen religion and institutions exsetra as things between a person and 'god' and that if 'it we're real that 'it'would be rather unaware, indifferent towards us or unconditionally loving....or possibly what we consider as 'god' may not have any type of concesness.(also plez no rageing, at no point [to my awareness]was I trying to be rude or offensive)

Ok, which one? They are talking about a totally different god that they try to confuse with ours... A false one, at that.

Wow i always thought there is only one God. So there cannot be false gods. God, Allah, IHWH, name it - Only different names of one being.

And pls dont confuse God with religion.

Exactly why I explained they worship a false god. There is only one God. Thank you for the latter, I just didn't want to confuse people.

Explain the crusades then
And if you are implying what i suspect, that the Muslim god Allah is a false god, then you are a racist bigot.
I may have mis interpreted your words though so i give you the benefit of the doubt.
