guys you all know wiseguy99 and all his alts... well somehthing happend (i dont know) and he quit the game and now im the following characters
Warrior=Wiseguy99...Mage=Genocide lvl=103...Rogue=Stabcar lvl=100...WiseguysHP lvl=101 \

And guys im not a scammer its just that this lvl=1 asked for some gold i said not atm and he called me a SCAMMER (i HATE being called a scammer -_-) and next
LordOfHallows also called me a scammer because he gave me some stuff, quit game...came back and he said *why do you have my stuff!* i said * you gave it to me remmember* thats when he shouted *Electricdyno is a SCAMMER !*

i tried to get in relent but then some people said *no because hes a scammer* -_-

Are you aware that giving/receiving/selling/buying accounts is against the rules? If you post this on a public area, you can almost be positive OTM will see it, meaning you would get banned. Although, the sad thing is OTM is too lazy and never bans anyone so you should be alright. But just saying.

i'd like to you see juggle loads of support request and create an amazing game on an iDevice, manage updates and bring in new events. Please show some respect to OTM.

I am just saying... I do respect them but there are so many people who have been reported multiple times, why wont they ban them? Because they dont read the posts. They rarely ever post on forums, and half the requests I send to support are not answered or take 2-3 weeks to get back.

They post and are on the forums all the time and posted to the Gwydion forums last week. Maybe try a different approach with your support tickets.

The support tickets that get sent in are often hard to read or are demanding. I know if some of the support tickets sent in are reflective of how people act in game, then I would ignore those requests too.

I am just saying that it seems like they could do better... But this is way off topic now.

The tickets are sometimes actually never responded to. I've seen some cool friends who were scammed and sent tickets that were answered by receiving all their items back, but I've also seen some cool friends who were scammed that never got their lux back after they sent tickets. I also know a player who constantly begs and was eventually scammed, yet he managed to get his stuff back with a ticket. And I'm sure that his/her ticket wouldn't have been very "polite", given his/her personality (maybe the ticket actually was "polite" by some tiny chance, but I doubt it). Wording probably does have some effect, but to be honest, I think it is mostly luck if a ticket gets answered.
