I noticed that the online rankings are a few weeks behind, I noticed this when I whent on the online ranking and it said that I was in 18 place for most gold with 120k but in reality I only have 30k. I did 120k a few weekss ago. But I spent it. I was just wondering how often are the online rankings upgraded.

Online ranking for most gold does not change based on the ammount of gold you currently hold. Its the most gold you have had at any given moment.

Online rankings are from what i can tell updated at the latest ever 2 weeks.

Good to know about the gold ranking, that makes a lot of sense.

That said, the online rankings seem to update at least every 24hrs for me, I've always been impressed with their upkeep.

Ya me too i like the fact its updated so often shows my progress to others.

Rankings are usually updated quick. I leveled up, logged back in, and my new level was there.

P.S. - (to admin) we were supposed to get ability rankings..I know you made a bug for it, but is this still on the agenda?

I think (and I'm not sure about it at all), that the online rankings are updated all the time.
When a character logs out, his information are saved and submitted to the rank system (would need some tests though)

Resurrecting an old thread. Can we add more filters to the rankings please.

- Activity: with selections of all, day, week, month. There are soooo many toons that have been made that are just not played it would be nice to filter out the inactive.

- Weight Class: (I have mentioned this in other threads but it belongs here) It would be similar to weight classes in boxing or stock car vs formula one, based on equipment, sigils, plat spent, etc. I suppose you could use the same method to determine the stars for mobs. I think this would be very important for PVP.

A while back I was under the impression that the gold leaderboards reflected the amount of gold your charecter was holding at the exact given time in which a 'sweep' update, meaning for everyone at a given moment.

I believed this because I was ranked 198k for the longest right before the update with the heroic rejuv, I sold a diamond and bought neck right at the moment the update was live.

My most gold was 198k for a very long time.

I still believe this to be true because my most gold isn't always the most I had at one point, but close to it since I don't do much spending now.

Still want to know if I'm truly rank 1 in gold across all servers since many people claim to have issues with the leaderboards system.

Concerning the Most Gold section, it's updated when you kill a monster while holding cash.
The max amount is saved as your "record" and displayed on the leaderboard
