Again OTM shows its colors by highlighting their favorite class... Rogues

Druids are lowly peasants who seem to be convenient to have around...
Our class is racially profiled as the "help", the "support" class, the "sub-class".
Our weapons are slow, armor weak, spells draining
When will our turn come to be OP?

Someday, maybe in a different game, Druids will be BADASS. :roll:
Honestly I don't mind that admin has a favorite class. It's when it shows very clearly who his worst class is that gets me frustrated. It seems to me that Druids will always be an afterthought in this game. We will always struggle with energy because otm has no real desire to fix our class. I don't care how awesome the graphics look, if we can't play for more than 10 sec at a time because our energy drains too fast the graphics will be meaningless.

But the standard line I keep hearing is: "Players have spoken, and they don't want major changes"
This basically means: all the other classes got fixed and druids got screwed...

You will always have unbalanced stuff when people have to choose at the beginning what to play. heal, dps etc.

New engine and make new mechanics skills etc.
Get rid of the many attribute points and skill points.
Add level cap. and downscale level in certain area's.
Make all classes be able to wield all weapons which changes their skills. (each weapon gives different set of skills for different classes) And each weapon combination gives a different extra skill.
Refund sigils, Make energy and hp regen quicker in battle. and have it ease in while out of battle.
Make it able to have 2 weapon sets. and a button to switch between them. (weapon set is main and offhand weapon)

this way all maps stay interesting for all levels. We have quicker gameplay because of regen and the weapon switch. (basically if you are ranger you can start off ranged and switch to shield and axe for close combat attack / defend). So when in team each class could play whatever build is in need.

It makes things a lot more interesting.

That's the gayest thing ever letting all class wield any weapon. I think the classes should stay with what there special if you want to use other weapon for class then you should have chosen the class. The thing i think you should have done would have been gave new weapons. Ex would be a crossbow ;) and throwing knifes for rogue or a skill. Something that is a must would be the ability to transfer to different worlds, to make this ok and not bad would be to charge plat to buy like a world ticket for 10 plat to trade 1 item and 150 plat for full trade with your items and char.

Every class still has its own set of skills for different weapons. A druid with a staff would get good heal skills and slight damage where the warrior would get area protecting skills and some damage. Just a quick example.
