each class gets a quest for 2 different skills at lvl 60 i think
one you get from a guy in farcrag castle
the other you get from a guy in tavern
they ask for pages 1-5 of a specific type-the pages needed depend on your class
warriors need: journal of grok and journal of zalza
rangers need: almanac of drogan, almanac of seraffa
rogues need: codex of krest, codex of veltissa
mages need: ??? of melissant, ??? of ??????
druids need: manuscript of sveltina, manuscript of creginus
the quests also ask for either a red cover and binding or a blue cover and binding
if you are not the right class for the pages you get you can either sell them to shop, give them away,or wait until you find someone thats buying your page
once you get all the pages and bindings for a skill you can turn it in and get a skill
warriors get: sweeping blow, enduring guard
rangers get: ?????, ??????
rogues get: ?????, ?????
mages get: firestorm, freeze
druids get: storm touch, natures breath
im not sure about rangers and rogues

#35If I have warden armor and I get boots, hands etc of speed. Doesn't that destroy the warden set bonus? Also what happens when you have 2 items with 30% bonus? How does that stack?
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Re: Advice for a noob
#36yes if you use heroic gloves of haste or heroic boots of speed it removes the full set bonus
if you have two items with the same type of bonus (like lets say 2 30% speed bonuses)
then they DONT stack
you will still only have a 30% speed bonus
if you have two items with the same type of bonus but different percents (like lets say a 60% staff and a 30% boots)
it automatically applies the bigger bonus
so you would get a 60% speed bonus
the other bonus is void

#37Have another question. I know that I can't use 2 rev rings of energy at the same time but can I use a rev ring of health and energy at the same time ? Sorry for the stupid questions but I don't want to waste money.
Thanks so much for all the help. This whole thread has helped me immensely.

There would be no problem wearing one of each ring.
One additional thing about the speed boots and gloves: Just so you are aware, there are also rings that fulfill the same purpose. I am not sure of the level you need to be to equip them, but it is a way to maintain both the set bonuses and your speed bonuses.

#40I believe the rings (Ring of Haste, Ring of Swiftness) are obtainable at level 100, from the luxury shop in Carrowmore.
