im just wondering why plat prize raise up . from
4000 plat is ¥8,500 became 4000plat is ¥9,800.why?

Hi there, we haven't changed the price tier of any of the plat - the actually billing and pricing per country is set by Apple and we can't change it at all. So it sounds as though in your country Apple has made some tweaks to their pricing.

instead of paying tax when you buy the itunes apple, you now pay for it when you actually buy the stuff in itunes.

eg: buy a $105 itunes apple = $100 worth of stuff (tax = $5)
