Considering your job is to make health. Id say energy.
simple as that, not to mention if ur going low on health u got lifesteal skill, but again dragonstaff got the dmg skill, whatever u find better

Which is better? A 70 percent dragon staff for druid or a 70 percent fellspine for druid.
Fellspine= 60 energy regen
Dragon staff=40 energy 40 health regen
Same price
If u have energy issues = fellspine
If u don't have energy issues = dragon staff

Though I'm positive you WILL have energy issues.
