okay so i had to delete game for medical issues but theyve been treated so i reinstalled and everything has gone accept bound items rings tier armour... ive sent ticket ingame support they said i never had any of them on here. Wulver logged in Taranis i asked can you help me with my problem he said he would talk to support 2 days ago and i havent heard anything and i really cant do anything the event isnt exciting because i cant do nothing accept collect which is boring, im missing lux gold mounts plat items armour....please help me get my items back, havent sent trade or give away anything and i havent given out my email/pass/user to anyone and no one gets on my ipad please help

Happened to me about a year ago I think. I just started playing again and still nobody has helped me. Good luck to you I feel your pain.

It can take some time for the Support Team to process a request as they receive a very large number of tickets and messages every single day.
