I've waited since last Monday the day the event came out and I've yet to have a refund noones answering me or freakish giving me a refund on the 1m fellspine staff. I haven't let anyone use or traded it. Please refund I'm unable to to lvl with out that gold my brother thought it be a good idea to buy. Please right back ASAP

It can take a couple of days - a week before you get a refund. When an evet comes out i guess there are way more tickets from people like you who bought something that they regret now.

I wouldn't admit that you and your brother share the same account.

It can take some time for the Support Team to process a ticket as they receive a very large amount every single day.

Please be assured though that your issue will be looked at as soon as possible.

Question, admin. If someone sends a ticket 5 days after they purchase an item from shop, but it takes a month for support to reply, does this month count in the amount of days which you are allowed to have bought from shop to be eligible for a refund?

No the month does not count. What the Support Team takes into account is the amount of time between the item being purchased and the support ticket being sent in.
