I think the people who are against this, or those talking about prices etc., have misread the OP.

Allow me to cut out all the troublesome words, and bold what is important, since that seems to be tripping people up...

... make a high end boss who has a chance to drop, not a Golden Camo since those aren't coming back, but a Godly Camo Charm, 85% Camo...

The entire conversation about price is a non-factor; it has nothing to do with the shop.

The entire conversation about pissing people who bought the camo is a non-factor; this is a drop... the market will not be diluted. Furthermore, since the item would be a drop better than the previously purchasable item, we can only assume that the current camo would retain its value, and that the proposed 85% charm (if sold) would be priced higher than the resale value of the 80% charm.



Again I say: brilliant idea, DarK... this idea would help everyone. It would allow a slight increase in the availability of camo charms, it would maintain the current camo price, it would not dilute the market, and it would give an incentive to kill said boss.

With all the garbage drops coming off high end bosses, this would be a welcomed change!

What if there was a lux shop that worked the same way as the pirate and sunlit fashion vendors? Most of the time it would stock generic, utilitarian lux items buuuuuut at random *rare* intervals, it could have discontinued lux like golden camo/bloodlust or uber-cool new stuff. This would make it so the value of the items wouldn't decrease but there could still be more of these items being added to the world.

As an example, black and white pirate fashion still drop from the pirate vendor but the value of what is already out there is not going down.

Talking about the people that were saying. Cmon otm give us new players a chance. And yes I saw the date before.

Personally I can live without camo, but as a 'newer' player I can see both sides of this argument, i do understand that people have paid alot of money for these charms, although from this point of view it does seem like older players are saying "well we found the game first, you don't deserve it to come back just so you don't have to pay our over-inflated prices",

i am not saying everyone has a camo mount or needs plat, i am just saying that while golden camo charms are not available anymore, you can buy mounts with camo to help you safely get places. brooms were available in lux shop. people sell chests and mounts with camo.

And i wear camo because it greatly reduces the number of adds i have to deal with and lets me (generally) deal with one mob at a time when leveling.

i honestly dont really care if camo comes back, i am just saying that there are decent ways to deal with its absence.

No bad idea do not bring back camos at all.
