I got a question for ya.. on some items, say like a heroic ammy, it clearly states "per tick, even during combat". now that isnt the case with sigils. of course. but on other lux items it doesnt say it. now is that just the short hand, but it does regen during combat? or only if it says so, does it have the effect in combat? I ask because I look to purchase some new items and combat regen is relevant. and just for laughs...why is ealdwin a lvl 125 req to activate lux shop and then the items have a lvl req of 150..

Everything regens per tick unless otherwise stated. Anmy, rings, tridents and the like all regen per tick, in or out of combat.

All lux regens work in combat. Things like event items (excluding mounts) that have energy regen or hp regen are out of combat regeneration.

What non-mount event item has regen?..

And yes, all lux regens work both in combat and out of combat. Only sigils do not work in both to my knowledge.
