so yeah send in a report ticket
it should take at most 1 week for the team to respond

the only reason i can think of here that they wouldnt refund it is if you sent the support ticket more than 12 days after purchase
they do not refund if youve owned the weapon for more than 12 days before sending in the ticket

Don't send another, it just adds to the pile of messages they receive, slowing the process.

Usually takes around 1-3 days for respond, if no respond, send another.

I would suggest wait for a week before sending another, if they don't respond in a week then something must have gone wrong.
