Hello, can someone please tell me why I can't equip both of these items at the same time. The first says One Handed and the second says Offhand. I don't understand.

The splitter is a two handed wep and cannot be equiped with an offhand. The description of several two handed ow weps are bugged and has never been fixed.

Well, that just sucks. It took me a long time to save up the gold for that item!!

... You can send a support ticket to refund the weapon and they will refund the money you wasted.

Yup, no problem getting a refund so long as you bought it from the shop and not another player. Just explain the situation in your support ticket, and make sure you have the item on your character (not in your bank or on an alt)

Be clear in your title... something like "request refund for bugged weapon," or something like that.


I've no idea why these are still out there... they have known about this description problem for over a year. I assume" they've been correcting them as they find them, but they need to pick up the pace.
