ghosts are slow cuz they steal my energy
oaks are too low level

I was going by your sig (116 warrior). And WHITE ghosts DONT steal your energy... they take health and are all round pretty easy kills.

there are a few wraiths that do drain your energy such as the 123 ones and chained. Most wont get to drain your energy however. Try the ones behind the fortress leystone and even the ones near chained king spawn.

white/grey wraiths are near fortress leystone, they're up to lvl 124 i think, then u can go to blackstones
i think only purple ghosts take energy, the white ones use life steal maybe, didnt lvl at those

Fortress ow ley, and yes. just don't cross the bridge and you smack in the middle of them. they start normally at 120 and go to 124 (119 ghost sights are pretty rare and its been awhile).

Yes they use lifesteal, but for warriors that's normally not a problem.

theyre both awesome
