Scamming is not against the terms and conditons other than the nebulous clause they can "perma ban you any time for any or no reason". Account tradin is but only because it can be a violation of OTMs contract they signed to be an apple developer. Money exchanging hands outside iTunes or in app purchases is a no-no and can result in OTM being banned and Celtic heroes removed from apple devices. They don't really care if apple dosent just like every other mmo on iTunes.

Lmao an unscrupulous player ACTUALLY said they didn't scam people because the other party accepted the trade. As if it's impossible to mislead or take advantage of people (scam) because they went along with it for a second.

Apple has nothing to do with in game problems. Apple has everything to do with no account trading. Apple, if you are not aware, has a North Korea business model. All iDevice profits go to dear leader. No money of any kind or anything g of value may be transacted upon idevices without dear leaders due. All mmo on iTunes ban account trading for this reason - they signed the apple developer license agreement which bans ANY third party transactions.

It is a felony (a serious crime under us law) to even disclose what is in the agreement. OTM has signed away any and all rights to Apple.

OTM dosent really care a whit about account trading. They need to make it thier policy just for show to appease dear leader.

Honestly i dont think they play seriously. They have low level chars to try out stuff but i dont believe they have real characters they level and grind with. Otherwise, they would be familiar with reported issues such as inventory management, skill points system, useless skills, crap loot, wasted zones, worthless daily quest rewards, leveling spot contention and general difficulty of grinding for xp etc. etc. none of these have been addressed since Update 2.

level 40-50 characters dont count. as i said, you guys probably have characters you play with but likely nothing serious that you are building to raid capable levels from the ground up. if you did you would probably have made inventory sorting a priority before making more fashion items or noticed that there is only one spot to level after level 180 or even back in update 3 where aggy cave was already populated yet you guys messed up the wyverns path and took that leveling spot away.

i bet none of you have ever tried to get a white coven hat legitimately or attempted to turn in 10,000 dusts to try and get spooky white or black masks

They don't, if they did they would actually ban people roaming the worlds scamming people.

Account trading in the first place is stupid. Level your own toon instead of buying one.

Account trading is almost like drug dealing otm is the police and other people call them (send a ticket) and the person trading goes to jail(baned)
