while i agree with you to some extent - you still have your chance, but now you have a $ opportunity too - the issue is on the otherside. Right now, if you missed a boss and someone got a dl drop you need, you have a chance of getting it without a bidding war. The idea is to help people gear up without breaking the bank.

Some people see this is working, some people see this as a failure. Knowing i am in a clan that where the high levels would give to each other rather profit off each other, i would feel more comfortable with option 2 than i would expect. But i am trying to also consider people who are not in strong and populous clans. So i have not yet decided which way i will vote (maybe i will abstain - then people cannot tell me that MY rules aren't working )

but it is a good conversation to have.

I guess a third option would be to open up (say in January) the selling of gems, eggs, urns to see how it goes and because we are starting to really get extras.

If you don't want to buy drops then nobody is stopping you from earning them yourself no? I know that I've been needing 3 damned crowns for well over 2 months and I've plainly given up because either a purple crown never drops or someone who just reached eligibility or popped up out of nowhere gets the crown. Same goes for all classes and I'd much rather just buy my drops from these people rather than the items slowly accumulating and
Nobody achieving anything.

On a side note people I'm starting to worry that I won't be getting paid back what I've lent, so you people who know who you are update me on my crowns' status. Thanks.

Hopefully everyone would think of the "greater good" of lugh.

Im not yet there to be involved in boss fights for DL drops but I will be....very soon.

so far, if i counted correctly, it looks like 10 votes for option 1 and 2 for option 2.

1 problem with option one members of the top 3 clans will always have priority since the majority of people are either doing the fights as clans keeping

the drops in there clan, and this may make it harder for character who aren't in the top clan for example if they make their own clan i don't know how

correct my info is but i could see this becoming a problem. perhaps a half and half integration of options 1 and 2 for example some people probably

don't wanna keep on fighting for dl items to pay someone back once they're already outfitted and could of just paid cash instead. so some may chose to

share and help but some people just want the "quick fix" so rather than force on or the other let people use their better judgement.

I agree with Glow here….

1st – Prioritization of Top Clans – this would seem a bit unfair for players who are the right level but decided to be with a different crowd. I know a lot of players who are with the “lesser clans” but are very much eligible for the DL drops. (well considering that they participate in boss fights)

2nd – Keeping Drops within the clan – are we working towards a better Lugh? Or a better clan for ME and YOU? (hey! That kinda rhymed). I have encountered the same (well not for DL drops) where in people who obviously have completed the quest or doesn’t need the drop decides to keep the drop for their clan or even just put in their bank for future use.

3rd – Repayment – to Vulture’s concern on when he would be “repaid” his lent drop. There is a big possibility that when a player has completed a certain DL item, they would move on to the next boss (which would drop their needed items) and would no longer participate in boss fights which they would not be needing their drops. Thus not being able to repay the borrowed item.

Again, I might not be within the level to start joining these fights but it becomes a concern since I hope to be soon.

I just hope that when the time comes that I Do, there is a fair and working system in place…..coz I really look forward on getting hold of these DL drops and eventually get my armor.
