#2There is a neck slot and a misc slot. They have different options available to each. Misc is hard to find at that level IMO.

#4There are actually a few he can use...the Sunfire ones and Blessing of Belenus.
Booty is the most important thing.

#5There's only one necklace slot, the other one is misc.
Misc are generally hard to find, stick with the blessing of belenus if you want. If you are lucky enough to get one of those bat charms then go for it, they are much better with the stat bonuses, 10 ice resis doesn't rly do anything, especially when you will have tons of resis later.
DO NOT BUY THE SHRINK/GROWTH CHARMS FROM LUX IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE GOLD TO WASTE!!! (I've heard too many sad newbie stories of them buying it thinking it would increase their defense/dmg only to find themselves wasting g's)
FYI the otherworld main line quest gives you an evasion charm as well.
