first of all, members of the top clans do not have priority - everyone dices the same.

second, there is much sharing of dl across clan lines amoung friends.

Third, there is nothing wrong with deciding to help those in your clan rather than someone you barely know. That is what clans are for. the fact that many high levels have developed a friendship to allow cooperation between the main clans is great and makes lugh great - but that doesnt mean clan's membership doesnt have perks. if you want to be in your own clan with a few friends, great. you can still dice. if you make a lot of friends, you may get loans. But do not expect that a small, not very powerful clan, will be as much help to you as a large, very powerful clan.
