Why should another group of people group you. They are killing the boss for the item/gold drop. Who cares who needs it more. If they can kill it they have every right to do so. If you can't kill it alone find a friend or go level up high enough to solo it. Discs are used for alts or lower lvl members of the clan. IMHO my clan comes before anything else. That's how I expect other clans to see it too. If another person gets the lock on a boss there shouldn't be any hard feelings. The person who does the most dps should get the kill. It's that simple.
