ok so ive been having this logging in problem where it stops at 10%. I was wondering if I could get the port because I tried a different wifi and it worked. I think it may be something to do with the ports (no computer wizard ) I also noticed an older topic but it did not include the information (port).

Are you able to log in with a different character? If so, please send the Support Team a ticket using the in-game support tool and they can take a look at the issue for you.

How many times i have to say this when i log in my ping goes up really fast and it disconnects me i cant send in a support request-.- i have sent pictures to wulver im on a mobile device atm

If you have no e-mail, make one (yahoo.com, google.com) If they do not reply after 2 weeks, resend again. What's your idevice? iPod 4th gen?
