Do You Think Drugs Are Bad? Yes They Are But Can You Imagine What Would Happen If Drugs Would Be Legalized? Would Legalizing Drugs Make Something Positive? Would There Be Anything That Would Make Legalizing Drugs A Good Idea? Or Would Legalizing Drugs Just Cause Bugger Problems? You Probably Think Drug Legalize Would Be Usefull For This People Who Use Them, But No.. Legalizing This Stuff Would Also Help Our Country And You

Well I Think First Of All If Some Of Drugs Could Be Legalized Then The Government Would Have Saved Millions Of Dollars A Year, But I Can Also Say We Would Save Our Money! But Why? How Would Legalizing Drugs Make Govt Or Us Save Money? Think Of Prisons, Do You Think Ppl Are There Because Of Hard Crime,Kill,Steal? No Its Because Of The Drugs! Most People Are Addicted To Drug Sales That They Never Stop To Either Buy Or Sell! Therefore If Legalizing Drugs Would Be Possible Then Government Would Save Lots Of Money! But The Money They Pay Are Our Taxes! So Means We Would Save Also! Government Takes 30% Of Our Taxes To Pay For Every Single Prisoner In Our Country, So If There Would Be No People In Prison Because Of Dugs Then We Could Have Our 30% Back!

And Now If Drugs Would Be Legalized We Would Get Our 30% Of Money Back! But If Not, Then Government Would Be Able To Invest Our Which They Call Their Money In Schools,Hospitals,Buildings Etc…. So If That Would Actually Happen Then Our Country Would Be Able To Become A Better Place For Us. But Government Would Most Likely Invest Their Money In Their Ways, Would Use Their Money For Them Selves. But Not All The Govt Guys Are Totally Selfish So There Would Be A Chance For Our Country To Get A Better Place.

But What If Drug Sell Would Be Legalized As Normal Market Product Then Government Would Make Millions A Year! Since Most Stuff We Buy From Ppl Is Also Giving Them Money So They Could Pay Some Of Their Profit To Government. So Logicaly If Same Thing Applies On Drugs Then Both Mankind And Government Will Make Big Profit A Year/Month/Week! As A Proof Of This To Be True You Can Go To Prison And See How Many Ppl Are Sitting There For Either Buying Or Selling Drugs. Then Think Of Profit Drug Dealers Made, Then Imagine How Much Of Their Profit Would Government Get. Its Like 50/50, Government Gets Money And The Drug Dealers Also Would Get Money! Simple As That!

But Drugs Were Always Having Negative Effects On People, So The Only Problem I See Now Are People….. If People Would Buy Drugs Continuously Then EVERYONE WOULD BE HIGH! So Imagine Your Town With Lots Of High People Walking Around… They Just Don’t Know What They Do, So They Can Cause Big Problems To Your Town While High… But Even Worse If They Are High And Driving A Car, Look How Many Car Accidents Are There Because Of The Alcoholics, Now Multiply The Number Of Accidents By 2 And What We Get Is Just More Deaths, Damages…..

So The Conclusion Seems To Be By Legalizing Drugs You Cannot Avoid The Negative Effects Of The Drugs, Drugs Were And Will Always Have Negatives Even Tho In Some Points Legalizing Would Save Our Pocket Money And But If Not Then Government Would Invest “THEIR” Money In Schools, Hospital, Buildings Etc, But That Would Be Possible If Half Of Our Govt Would Be Fair Enough And Not A Total…..Well You Know What..

Firstly you need to work on those capital letters.
It's a really good speech, i'm in high school too and i was faced with a similar task and i did pretty well (not to boast or anything but i know what should be good).
You have some really valid points about the prisons but you need to find more to write about (i think, depends on your word limit/minimum).
This already persuaded me A BIT.
