Celtic Heroes

I am speechless on how long it takes support to reply back to my supprt mail.Its been 1 month,I repeat 1 month scince I have mailed them.I would really like my char back before Samhain event over so i can get a the new halloween ammy,but from the looks of it,its not gonna happen.I know its not just me,my freind hasent gotten a reply for over a month aswell.We know you guys are busy,but this is outrageous.Please have more workers in the support section:)
