I've never seen him since the update, although I've never really looked for him. I wonder if that means that Deadroot spawns rarely too?

It would be great to have a few screen shots showing the boss with people around it with the newer gear. Then we would be pretty sure.

As far as frequency on my world - I'm guessing from actual kills and talking - that these past bosses spawn about 1 per week to month or so. Not just the prince/king dreadbone and iron spike but all past ones like dragons, bears and wolves too.

Nope, i had same question long ago buried in the ask for help section, and admin confirmed ironspike and deadroot cant spawn anymore
