Shydiot has a point. Whoever is willing to pay 500k+ for just this mount is insane. I would offer 350k but more is just not worth. It may be the only mount, but you could get an ancient relic staff for what? 150kish-200kish? Only 5% difference. Furious just take an offer don't be greedy with money (not calling you greedy BUT... You still wouldn't take 1m). Hope your sale goes well.
