Celtic Heroes

I dunno about other people, but I'm finding that the wisps for the 'the fugitive menagerie' never seem to spawn. I know with other bosses you have to kill their pre-bosses before they can spawn, so is there some specific wisp I need to kill so they spawn?

they spawn not that often because they arent needed anymore.

they are still needed if you accepted quest before update. they can spawn at most white wisp spawns and at some faeries too(near faerie queen or behind village)

just send a ticket to support and they change the quest.
